2. The production process

1) Cutting

2) Bending

3) Welding

The spot welding method is mainly used to splicing the workpieces, and the welding points are required to be thick and strong, the surface is not shadowed, and the surface is not biased. More than 7 years of experience with the master, the dimensions are measured after welding to ensure that the weld is in place.

4) Polishing

Using a variety of grinding processes, it is required that the surface of the product after polishing is smooth enough, no shadow, no holes, no gaps, no seams, straight edges are straight, no holes, no gaps are not wider than 20mm. 5) Installation test

In order to ensure that the produced workpieces conform to the drawings and the construction is precise, the technicians on the top of the powder spray will install and test the products. After confirming that the installation is ok, take each workpiece to dust.

6) Powder coating

Use a new powder to coat, requiring color, luminosity, and texture to correspond to the customer's already confirmed color card, the workpiece is not damaged and dropped, the surface is not exposed, no black spots, no powder, no orange peel, no fingerprints. 7) Installation

After dusting, it may cause a slight change in the size of the product. In order to make the installation smooth after the customer receives the goods, YISHANG will install all the workpieces again to ensure the installation is normal.
